phglory ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users ("you," "Player," or "User") who access and use the phglory platform, including its website, mobile interface, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

The phglory Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. phglory does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If phglory becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and the personal data will be deleted from phglory's systems as promptly as practicable.
