phglory Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the phglory platform (the "Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with phglory's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phglory Platform. phglory reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To be eligible to register and use phglory, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting activities.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phglory, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phglory or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had a phglory account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

phglory reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phglory may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the phglory Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. phglory will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

You agree to:

• Notify phglory immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Not allow any other person to use your phglory account to place bets or access the Platform.
• Keep your registered contact details, including your Philippine mobile number and email address, up to date at all times.

phglory reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the phglory Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phglory supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phglory's discretion.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your phglory account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• phglory does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phglory may request government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• phglory reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during operational periods.

phglory may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses are credited to your phglory account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• phglory reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

All bets placed on the phglory Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed. phglory does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where expressly permitted under specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phglory reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the Platform interface.
• phglory reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion.
• For live sports betting, odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phglory Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting intended to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phglory staff or other players.

phglory reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such activity to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

All content on the phglory Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of phglory or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phglory Platform without prior written consent from phglory.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phglory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

phglory does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond phglory's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

phglory's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phglory account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phglory collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
